Billing Terms

1. Subscription Plans

fastro offers the following subscription plans: 7-Day Trial ($0.99), Weekly ($9.99/week), Monthly ($19.99/month), and Yearly ($39.99/year). All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes. During promotional or marketing campaigns, a free trial period may be made available.

2. Trial Period

The 7-Day Trial provides full access to all features for $0.99. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to the Weekly plan at $9.99/week unless you cancel before the trial expires. During active marketing campaigns, a complimentary (free) trial period may be offered instead.

3. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorise UAB Profitsystem Export to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details. The charge on your statement will appear as "FASTRO" or "UAB PROFITSYSTEM".

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via our Manage Subscription page or by emailing support@fastro.app. Cancellations are processed within 24 hours. You retain access until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time, except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Access to the Service may be suspended until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.
